How to interpret an answer's compliance score?

The OptiValue.ai compliance score measures the reliability of a response based on its completeness and associated evidence. It is based directly on theEvidence Builder, which links each response to a verifiable source (document, page, timestamp, footprint).

  • High score (80-100%): the answer is sourced and traceable. Evidence provided via the Evidence Builder guarantees its reliability and immediate usability.

  • Intermediate score (50-79%): the answer is relevant but only partially covered. Evidence is missing, obsolete or incomplete → Evidence Builder alerts you to documents that need to be added or updated.

  • Low score (< 50%): the answer is not sufficiently supported. You must use the Evidence Builder to link a valid evidence before exporting it.
