How to Invite a User to OptiValue.ai

Inviting someone to OptiValue.ai is the best way to collaborate. Learn how to do it in this article.

  1. Go to your account settings, then to the user management section.
  2. Click on the "Invite" button and enter your colleague’s email address.
  3. After a few seconds, the invitee will receive an email prompting them to activate their account.
  4. They will need to set a password.
  5. Once validated, they will be redirected to the login page.

Note: Once the email is received, your colleague has 2 days to activate their account. After this period, an error message will appear and they will need to contact the support team.
