OptiValue.ai offers a granular rights management system to ensure that each employee has access in line with his or her responsibilities. This system is based on three main roles: Owner, Manager and User, each with specific authorizations detailed in this article.

- 👑 Owner: The most senior role. It has full access to all workspace settings, including sensitive aspects such as subscription or user management.
- 📋 Manager: operational manager, can create and manage projects, documents, and users within the defined framework.
- 👤 User : Standard user, can only access the content to which he is assigned and cannot create or manage projects.

- Business expert or occasional contributor: User role, limited to specific assignments. Cannot create or modify outside assignments.

- Avoid multiplying Owners: limit this role to those responsible for governance or security.

🔧 To change a user's permissions
- Go to the User Management tab (Owner or Manager only).
- Select the user concerned.
- Click on Modify role.
- Choose between Owner, Manager or User.
- Validate. Modification is instantaneous.
